“I experienced the outstanding service from these folks yesterday ( Friday June 19.) I initially thought my air conditioner was seriously deficient but several hours later it began working properly. I called to perhaps cancel my appointment knowing this was a very busy time of the year for HVAC technicians. The very professional and knowledgeable young lady I talked with by phone told me I should consider keeping the appointment in case it quit over the weekend. I agreed and later in the day technician George arrived. I was very pleased and impressed by his knowledge, friendliness and excellent people skills. George spent more than hour looking at all possible problems and found none. He carefully explained everything he was doing and never acted as though he was in a hurry. I clearly appreciate these folks and know who I’m going to call next time. I am 82 YOA and have never experienced such friendly, professional business people. Thank you”

“I appreciated that they let me know when they were on their way for my scheduled appointment. Technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He also wore shoe covers when entering the house so as not to track in any dirt or leaves. Overall was very happy with their service and would have no problem recommending them. Actually a couple weeks later they installed a new A/C unit at my sister’s house, because I told her how happy I was with the new A/C unit they had installed a year ago at my house, replacing a 20 yr unit, and their ongoing Service. I also bought their two year maintenance package. Thank you, Brandon and everyone in your office.”

George, the tech, was on time, gave me a phone call 30 min before he got there, and was very polite. He finished the repair quickly and with professionalism.
