“These guys are above and beyond great. Very professional, on time, and gave me faith again. No white shirt guys here, the boss even came out and put in a days work. Im so happy with their work. “Excellent service. I have been with Coldfusion for a few years now and I am very pleased with the service they provide. Mr. Allan and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with providing service. Just recently my AC stopped cooling and even though he was booked solid, he still fit me in to service my unit so that we would not spend the night in extreme heat. He has also installed AC products and we have not had any issues. Definitely would recommend for servicing and repair of your AC units to include your water heater. Truly am grateful.”

“Good evening! Pray everyone is doing well. I have never done a review before. I've always gave word of mouth or posted on fb but this story had to be told. 😭 I am a disabled woman and I have been having issues with my AC since June 12, 2024. I already have a difficult time sleeping because of pain but when its 100° days and 80 to 90° nights definitely no air coming through if I opened the windows. During the days it was absolutely miserable. I cook for the less fortunate and I would get headaches from over heating being in the kitchen for hours with oven and stove going. Well last night I had a friend recommend Cold fusion. I told Mr Allen a little bit of what was going on and he said take his card and pass on to the owner. I did so and they were here as promised. It takes me a minute to stand up and get stable but the technician Chris stood and patiently waited. Normally I get folks knocking for a good 5 minutes knowing I have problems walking. Anyways, he came in I showed him were the unit was and he got to work. It was done in such a timely manner and guess what? I'm currently under a blanket. Chris explained everything to me, showed me pictures of the unit. What temperatures are supposed to be, where they were at when he looked at the unit and how everything was in the safe zone. Talk about first class service. They even follow up to see how everything is working!! Now for the cherry on the top. Before the technician Chris left he shook my hand and thanked me for allowing him in my home and if there was anything I needed before he left. 😭😭😭 talk about a blessing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COLD FUSION!! God bless these people. Honest, patient, through and so, so very kind.”
