“CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!Very rude and unprofessional! I unfortunately spoke with a guy by the name of Toney who had a very bad attitude and poor customer service skills. I missed his call while I was at work and called back 10 minutes later. He then proceeded to tell me that since I missed his call my a/c appointment had been moved to the following day. I tried explaining to him that I was at work and besides that, it had been ten minutes (if not sooner) that I called him back. He then started with being rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all!”

“Tony is very unprofessional. He installed 2 units less than 2 years ago. Tried contacting him to come checkout the A/C units because of an A/C Issue. Been giving me the run around for the past 2 months. I ended up finding another company that was able to come out the next day. Be careful! Both my units had issues less than 2 years.”
