“Contacted Jesse’s heating & air and they were able to come out on a service call the very next day. The day after they replaced our entire AC unit. They were easy to get a hold of and arrived at the times they said they would. He followed up with us a few days later to see how well the unit worked and provided a new thermostat.10/10 service”

“I came home to an 86-degree house after work on a Friday afternoon. Jesse and son came out in the evening and had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I woke up to a comfortable 70 degree home this morning.”

“Charged 275 for a capacitor replacement. Said the part was 150, and that he charges 100 an hour. The part is almost certainly not 150, the replacement took minutes, said the diagnosis was factored in. Felt like I was taken advantage of because it was hot and the house was my grandfather's who is on Hospice care. I felt like 200 was fair because they responded quickly and were working in the sun for about an hour all together. But 275 was nothing but a price gauge and I did not know any better until I looked up the equipment myself and found they go for 40-80 dollars. I don't like to haggle blue collar workers and have genuine respect for the trade but this was them playing into my ignorance and trust for their business. Well never again.”
