“Great service on short notice for HVAC repair. Brandon was polite,, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My 18 year old system was on its last legs and he explained my options well. I have used Bob’s A/C for probably over 30+ years and have always received excellent service.”

“Brandon was great, but the company wanted to charge me $500 to replace a $30 capacitor that takes 5 minutes to install. I am all for getting a suitable margin to stay in business, but this 500% plus markup is a bit much. My advice is to keep capacitors on hand and try that first.”
