A few weeks ago, my upstairs AC completely stopped working, leaving the second floor—where my kids spend most of their time—swelteringly unbearable with temperatures in the upper 90s. I was desperate and reached out to Sharp Air, and their response was nothing short of incredible. After explaining the situation, they sent a technician to my home the same day. The technician was not only professional, but also refreshingly honest. He could have easily upsold me on a full replacement of my inside and outside units, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, he took the time to walk me outside, show me exactly what was wrong with the outdoor unit, and explained how it was a simple fix. “Punctual, Professional, Diligent and Honest! Unlike most services, Gregorio provided a one hour window and arrived promptly to diagnose my AC system. He inspected and performed multiple tests for leaks on my outdoor unit and system in the attic. Gregorio was patient and answered all my questions honestly—providing a few options to repair my system. He was transparent regarding pricing and did not try to “up-sell” me. Gregorio diagnosed the faulty coils as the issue, which was still under warranty. He procured the entire process, calling the distributor, processed the warranty claim, picked up the new parts, installed the new coils and disposed of the failed parts the next morning. The whole repair/replacemt was 100% seamless for me, and he left the work area cleaner and better than when he arrived. He even helped me dispose of some leftover outdoor paint. It’s never good pleasant when a major home appliance breaks down, but the services provided by Sharp Air Mechanical and Gregorio made this repair less painful and frustrating. “This was originally a two star review, because my A/C had started going back out only about two months after they had initially serviced it, and when that happens on a day when it's 90+ degrees out, you're bound to be frustrated. HOWEVER, literally within maybe 10 minutes of posting the initial review, they reached out to me directly to fix the issue. They had someone at my house the next day and were able to identify and resolve the issue the same week. You don't expect that king of care from a lot of businesses these days, but it was truly impressive. Hopefully I won't have to deal with any A/C issues in the near future, but if I do, I know who I'll call.”
