“What great service and employees! Called on a Sunday morning when I realized the air conditioning had gone out in my casita with out of state guests arriving. They had someone here at 8AM Monday morning (Ryan). Needed a new HVAC system. They started the process right then and there. They provided portable AC units. AirServe was here everyday, on time, and, got a new system up and running on Thursday. Cannot thank them enough!!!!! I highly recommend AirServ”

“We had an issue with our A/C heat pump and called for service. The tech Lucas arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every question we had and thoroughly tested our system for issues. Turns out we only had a faulty relay that was sticking and he gave us options for service and some recommendations to extend the life of our unit. “Airserv was able to come out to inspect my water cooling, a/c, & furnace very quickly from the time I called to when they could come out. They inspected, and explained what repairs were needed with detailed pictures. And had time the same day to make all repairs. They did a great job, above and beyond what I had hoped for. Johnathan Fain & Javier both were professional and communicated well. Everything is now in great running condition. They even wore booties over their shoes when they had to come inside.”

“We were having some problems with a fairly new Bosch air conditioner installed four years ago. The motherboard was malfunctioning and It appears the original installers did not register the equipment under the product warranty. It was not installed by Air serve. Tryson was able to get the product under warranty. The motherboard was replaced. When Tryson and Aaron came to replace the motherboard they discovered a Freon leak. There was only 3 pounds left in the system when there should have been 12. Our system is now functioning the way it should have been. Tryson and Aaron were professional and took the time to explain what was going on. We look forward to a continuing relationship with AirServ.”
