“From start to finish, working with Fiscor was a wonderful and timely experience getting my air conditioner unit replaced. The initial consultation was proficient and scheduled the same day I called. The installation team came the following day to install the new unit and were very knowledgeable. The day after that when our hot water wasn't working, the on call team came in and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and were both so kind and helpful. I would recommend Fiscor to anyone!! “Diagnostic was done. Sergio was personable and appeared knowledgeable. He showed me photos of my system (a system only 4 years old), told me it was the wrong size (too large for the duct work), pointed out other problems (high pressure lock out, control board). Gave me an estimate that was incredibly high! I took what he said to the original installers (Aireserve), they wanted to help and fix the problems. They came the next morning, Ryan was very helpful and addressed the items Fiscore had mentioned. Aireserve fixed the problem for a very reasonable price and set me up with a service agreement. I'm on a limited income so I'm very grateful for their service, respect and knowledge. Aireserve saved me thousands of dollars.”

“Heatpump troubleshooting. Was not turning on/blowing fuses at turning unit on. Third time was a charm! This time Fernando Vasquez came out. My dogs acted like they had met a long lost friend. I told Mr.Vasquez about the problem I was having; even after the cleaning,replacing the wiring,and new thermostat, it was still blowing fuses. He got right on it and checked out a couple of other things and then he found the short. He fixed it right and now I am thrilled to have the unit working again! “I am updating my review due to good customer service from the general manager. I was originally very disappointed with this company due to non-transparent high pricing and a negative interaction with one of their service people. We even talked to other HVAC companies and professionals that confirmed the tech could not have done what he was charging for in the time frame he was there. So to clarify, it's not that we agreed to high pricing and changed our mind but that we were charged for a more in depth cleaning service level than the one that was performed. The general manager ended up reaching out and was very helpful. He was able to correct the pricing mistake and apologized saying he would definitely be talking to his tech about the interaction. “2 year old new furnace (not from Fiscor) had been tied in to 23 year old ductwork. On a colder winter night the furnace couldn’t handle the air flow, overheated and shut itself down during the night. Cold house in the morning. Donovan Graves from Fiscor came on a Saturday, reset it, and explained the problem with the sagging, bended ductwork with too many Y connections and constricted airflow. If we had to have a house inspection the ductwork would not have passed. Fiscor crew of Sebastian and Logan came on the following Monday. They did an excellent job removing the old ductwork and replacing the entire duct system to code. A day and a half job for 2 men with supervisors Donovan and Jason coming to the house 4 times to see that the job was progressing. Donovan took care of arranging finan”
