“Starting with Adam who did our routine maintenance. He was great at explaining what he was doing and checking for. He made it clear when providing us options for repair/ replacement and never felt pushed to do anything. We then met with Domenick to get a quote for replacement. He also did a great job explaining our options, and clearly broke down prices and financing options. All of our questions were answered and gave us to confidence to go forward with replacement of furnace and A/C. Juan and Jose came to do the removal and replacement of the unit and did an amazing job. Quality of workmanship was a million times better than what it looked like before. Overall our total experience was great, and we are glad we chose Friends and Family to keep up with our furnace and A/c needs.”

“Frankie was beyond exceptional. Super nice, friendly, and informed. He explained everything to us including what we need now, with options varying in expense and necessessity, and what to expect from our unit in the future as far as longevity goes. He had to order some parts because our unit is 24 years old, but that took less than a week and our AC was fixed before the heatwave and for much less than I expected. Two ladies from the office kept me informed of appointments and time frames. They were so nice and friendly, I was blown away by their persistance in making sure my needs were avcommodated. I thought the name of the company was a little weird for an AC company, but it really suits their brand. And good for them! I signed up for their membership service - which I never do - but I have never worked with a company so focused on customer service. This company is a keeper.”

“Sean was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me parts of my old hvac unit was pretty much in bad shape. He was also able to repair it and get it running for another 24 hours until my new hvac gets installed. My step dad is an 89 elderly man and told me that Sean helped him get up on his feet when he fell in the garage. My step dad is 6’3 and luckily Sean was taller than him. “First class all the way. Estimate was fair and instructive. We were given three alternatives for the replacement of our system. The company worked with us on tge price and financing. We appreciate the "no change order" approach which was demonstrated when the company brought in a crane to lift out tge old compressor unit and place the new one. Many challenges to completing the project all met with care and professionalism. They kept the work area neat and cleaned when done. Then finished with skillful drywall repair made necessary because they had to enlarge the return space to get equipment into the attic. Very glad we chose Friends and Family for this work.”
