“Antonio and George were great. Air went out on my 14 year old unit. No gimmicks or sales pitch. Had a quote on Carrier equipment within an hour after they showed up. Two man crew came the next day. Had it installed within five hours? They were very professional. Price was exceptional. Everything was in the box and manufactured this year.”

“I previously purchased and installed air conditioning from this company. Recently, my air conditioner has been running non-stop. They sent someone to clean the dirty outdoor unit and measured the temperature, which showed the air conditioner was cooler. However, after they left, the air conditioner continued to run continuously, meaning it wasn't properly fixed. The next day, they sent someone to inspect it carefully and told me nothing wrong with AC , insulation was needed. They took photos and showed them to me; there was indeed no insulation in the attic. I think this company has a very good service attitude and is very responsible. They didn't charge me extra when they sent someone the next day. Their repair costs were also reasonable. I highly recommend them.”

“I bought 2 new a/c units from this company when delivered one came brand new in a box another was just sitting in the back truck. I was already a little suspicious seeing it this way but they assured me there was nothing wrong with it. From the start I have had nothing but problems with this unit the compressor went out they charged me $400 labor to install a new one under their warranty. Then during Texas heat this unit could not cool my house I called them they charged me a $99 fee and did nothing to fix the unit he told me there was a leak and would have to schedule another appointment left me burning up in the heat for over a week. So I try to reach out again calling and emailing with no response cause the units are supposed to be warranted for 10 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”
