About
Arya runs an HVAC operation based in Sugar Land, Texas, and serves the greater Houston region with air conditioning and heating work. The company handles residential and commercial jobs that cover repairs, routine maintenance, new installations, and air quality services across many different system brands. Local homeowners and business owners contact them when Texas heat builds up and units stop working, especially during peak summer months when indoor temperatures climb fast. They position themselves for quick emergency responses at any hour, including holidays, to restore cooling or heating without long delays. The focus stays on covering a broad range of makes and models so most properties in the area can get help from one source.
Technicians respond to calls for full system checks and targeted fixes on units that have lost cooling power or developed airflow problems. They perform regular maintenance visits to clean coils and check refrigerant levels before small issues turn into major breakdowns during humid Houston weather. Installation work includes setting up new equipment in homes and offices while matching existing ductwork and electrical setups. Reviews mention jobs where the air conditioning was already running properly on arrival for overnight stays and others where basic comfort features like steady cooling were missing entirely. Some customers noted clean and functional spaces after service while others reported rude staff responses and incomplete work that left systems unreliable for days. These accounts cover both quick resolutions on simple repairs and longer complaints about missing parts or poor follow through on commercial sites.
Feedback shows mixed results on response times and overall workmanship that pull the average down, with some praise for fair pricing on straightforward maintenance but repeated notes on communication gaps when problems required multiple visits. Quality varies by job, as positive comments highlight functional cooling after fixes while lower marks point to unfinished tasks and unprofessional handling. Speed earns credit in emergency cases but suffers when parts or scheduling drag out. This pattern of uneven delivery across speed, quality, price, and communication explains the current standing. What Customers Say
“I had a pleasant stay at Arya Inn and Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and convenient. After my stay, I enjoyed a meal at Mexican Margaritas Tacos. The restaurant impressed me with its authentic flavors, freshly prepared food, and friendly service. The tacos were delicious, and the warm hospitality made the dining experience even better. From a comfortable hotel stay to a satisfying Mexican meal, my day was enjoyable from beginning to end. I had a great experience at both places and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and delicious food.”
“My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had no problem what so ever. Check in was simple, sweet and quick. The room we had was one of the cleanest we have ever been to. It also smelled really good. The bathroom was clean too. The shower was white no stains etc. The hotel and hallways were clean. It was all white tile. Better then carpet. The towels even smelled good. I think they used some softener. The only thing I didn't like was the security lock in the door was broken. When we left the employees was already cleaning the stairs etc. I would definitely come back!”
“Avoid This Motel — Major Problems We stayed here for a week because it’s close to our job, but it was a big mistake. Save your money and choose somewhere else. No towels or most basic amenities you’d expect at any motel. Pool was closed the entire week. Staff were rude and unprofessional. They bathed in multiple times without knocking. Toilet leaked from the base onto the floor with every flush — disgusting. They don’t offer weekly rates, so I paid daily for the full week. Worst of all, I’m convinced they flagged our vehicle to the police. We were followed, pulled over, handcuffed, put in a patrol car, questioned like we were involved in drug activity connected to the motel, and our car was searched. Never experienced anything like that before.”
“Guy at the front desk was very polite. Room was very spacious, a/c was on already on upon my arrival, very quite. Stayed for two night over the weekend. Arrived before check in period without a problem. 11am check out. Very budget friendly place.”
“Zero star hotel. Kind of dirty, run down, suspicious characters, and trash compared to other budget hotels like Motel 6 or Super 8. Both are in close proximity of this one. Service was nothing. Pool is closed all the time, and breakfast is a myth. As for the people, the desk men were pretty nice, but the “manager” isn’t very hospitable. The only upside is the price. Take your chances, and maybe you’ll have a decent room… good luck ✌️”
