“We chose to go with Blue Ribbon based on their response to a negative review. Trey was straight up, and we could tell he was honest and not just out to make an extra buck. That's what we needed. We'd been having issues with our AC that was replaced back in 2020, and we didn't want to use the same guy because we knew the issues stemmed from his lack of quality, honesty, and professionalism. In October we reached out to Trey who assessed our whole system. He made some recommendations that we moved forward with, and fast forward to December, we are extremely happy and thankful we went with Blue Ribbon. They resolved the issue and more! Trey and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They know what they're doing/talking about and do a great job for real good value. Blue Ribbon has gained a loyal customer.
