“Terrible customer service. They come up with any and all excuses not to provide the warranty offering. Salesmen and this company are not aligned on what is provided- this is a scam. I had food stain on my kitchen chairs… reported promptly and this was denied. NEVER give a dime on these warranties. This is a terrible company. company and you will always lose.”
