“We have lived in our Southlake, TX home since March 1, 2013. Not sure if Lifetime'z was their name then but it is the company name now with the same owner. It is a family owned business & we trust their people & service they provide. From customer service, technicians, managers & owner. They are the best in the industry. They will give you the best people to do the job, & the best quote in price. Today, we had their technician Frank do our maintenance. We trust Frank when he does his service check. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional & thorough. He takes pictures & videos of areas that can later, if not sooner become a concern & recommends early remedial to prevent further damage.”

“Frank and the LifeTimeZ team are the real deal — and I have a story to prove it. Honest, transparent, and knowledgeable. Yesterday, I had CityLine Richardson come out to look at my system. Their technician took everything apart, tested the electrical components, then bled off my freon and glanced up at me to see if I'd caught him doing it. He hadn't counted on me paying attention. He then told me I had a leak in the line and that my outdoor condenser coils needed to be cleaned. So I cleaned them myself, waited, and fired the system back up. It ran for five minutes before the condenser cut out again. Then came the real pitch: astronomical quotes to replace the entire system, more quotes to replace other components, and — surprise — financing options to make it all feel doable. My gut told me something was off. The system didn't feel like it was on its last legs. It felt like something small was wrong. So I called LifeTimeZ on a recommendation from a trusted friend. Before Frank even arrived, Carie in dispatch listened to what was happening and floated the idea that it might be a clogged condensation line. When Frank got here, I told him the whole story. He asked a couple of follow-up questions, walked over to the standpipe next to the furnace, stuck his finger right in, and said, "Here's your problem — it's full of water. That's what's cutting off your machine." Two minutes flat. Exactly what Carie had said over the phone. He blew compressed air through the line and the clog came shooting out of the pipe outside. We even ran around to watch it happen — the line had been a bit crimped on the outside, and the standpipe next to the furnace was completely full of water. With it cleared, our AC has been humming smoothly and finally cooling the house after days of failed calls and scare tactics from the other company. Thank you, Frank! Let that sink in. The dispatcher at LifeTimeZ diagnosed my system over the phone more accurately than another company's technician did standing in front of it. If their dispatch is that sharp, you can imagine what their techs are like in person. Frank saved my system, my wallet, and our family vacation fund. I cannot recommend him and LifeTimeZ highly enough. If you're staring down a scary HVAC quote and your gut is telling you something isn't right — listen to it, and call LifeTimeZ. Ask for Frank.
