“I recommend Mechanical Air Design 1,000%. They were very quick to respond, very professional, and most importantly, very honest. They did a full maintenance, fixed our non-working AC, and were done in 45 minutes. Previously, we worked with a different AC company that would come out to our house every few months and tell us that we needed $10-20K worth of work. Then, an older employee at that same company would tell us that the previous younger guys were full of it. That company was purchased by a private equity company and focused only on selling people things that they didn’t need. Liars. Mechanical Air Design is the opposite. They came out, fixed the problem for a very reasonable price, and said to call them if we needed them to come back. I am EXTREMELY grateful that one of our close friends and realtors introduced us to them. She said that all of her clients were extremely happy with their service. Robert did a quick fix of what he thought the issue was, and within the next 2 hours he came back and did more of a repair due to a botched job from a previous vendor. Since the visit, we have had no issues with our unit or a leak. Very thankful they were able to get out so quickly and get our issue fixed.”
