“Josh is incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The part that impressed me the most was how he treated my dad who has dementia. He was so eager to help and Josh graciously assigned him menial tasks like shutting the water off amd on, flushing the lines, holding the flashlight... my dad was so proud he helped with the new water heater. Chris was dispatched within an hour and immediately fixed the issue for the evening. The new day CJ came back out and diagnosed the problem and showed us live footage on their state of the art cameras.
