“My downstairs neighbors, police and HOA at my front door saying water is leaking in their house. They still haven't arrived I've had no air conditioning for the last twenty four hours. They left the minute they had the chance with out checking for leaks and left no receipt no paperwork no warranty no guarantee.I just came home to water all over my bathroom floor leaking from the ceiling where this company just installed the inside unit above the sink. I now have water leaking when I turn on the sink water and water leaking from the ceiling unit onto my bathroom floor. This company was supposed to send someone and nothing. The young man doing the work is very courteous and respectful he may be overwhelmed with work. I've still got to get a plumber out to find out what is causing water leaking from the ceiling and under the sink. We can see the lines are old and have junk in the PVC for this to be fixed correctly.”

So I ended up 2 days without pay which is $1000’s and had to pay $300 for drain clog. $1300’s out of pocket for which should be a free maintenance service.”
