Schneider Electric Buildings America Inc
HVAC Contractor · Carrollton, TX
About
Schneider Electric Buildings America Inc operates in San Antonio, Texas where they take on HVAC projects for local properties. This outfit deals with building systems that keep places comfortable through the hot summers and mild winters typical down there. They handle equipment like air conditioning units and related power components that homeowners rely on when things break down. The crew shows up to manage installations and fixes that keep the indoor climate steady without fuss. Based right in the city they know the local conditions that affect HVAC performance over time.
They send out techs for jobs involving unit repairs and battery replacements on power systems tied to HVAC setups around town. One customer ordered an APC battery for a unit then tried to cancel first thing the next morning when plans shifted, but the order process led to extra units showing up anyway. Names like Sofia Xitlaly Delgado come up when folks need persistent help sorting out equipment or service details that drag on through repeated calls. Drivers for the company sometimes lose their spot in line or turn rude after phone distractions, which sets the tone before any work starts on a property. Training plays a role as they prepare workers for these service calls that mix HVAC fixes with power gear in San Antonio homes.
Customers note solid help from certain staff on tough problems but flag issues with pricing being high and communication slipping during orders or drives. Quality holds up in some fixes while speed varies with how the team responds to changes or cancellations. The overall mark sits in the middle because of these ups and downs in how things get handled day to day on HVAC calls. DIRT Score 3.01 from 30 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Great company and training institution”
“Had an altercation with the diver of your company vehicle, due to them being on their phone they lost their place in line and became very impolite. due to me having my 3 week old daughter in the back seat I was the bigger man and went inside. in an attempt to file a drivers complaint via the number on the website I was informed this license plate is not on file.”
“Overpriced group of and incompetents. Scenario: Ordered APC battery Sunday evening then realized that replacing the battery in the unit may not fix my problem so I called first thing Monday morning to cancel my order. Rep said he would cancel my order and send an entire new unit. Turns out he did not cancel the order but shipped new unit anyhow. At this point I’m on the hook for both. Called back to get it straightened out and was told that they would send return label and not charge 15% Restock fee but guess what…that was a lie! The email I received had no return label so I get to pay for the return shipping because they failed to cancel the order as requested.”
“My 10 years ago 401k was missing. Spent over 7 hours everyday for 10 days to make over 40 calls to all 7 companies and people involved. The conclusion was "We couldn't find your 401k fund here. Sorry". Finally, I found sofia xitlaly delgado in Schneider Electric. She didn't give it up on me and she finally helped find the right person to correct my personal info to resolve the issue. We finally got our lost 401k fund back. God bless sofia xitlaly delgado”
“One of the best training centers in the nation.”
