“The technician, Ibrahim John, arrived at my home asked a few questions, such as how long we've lived at this address and if the tile has ever been cleaned. I told him the tile was cleaned professionally when we had the home built in November 2023. The technician asked what type of cleaning I was expecting. I stated we are expecting the tile to be cleaned in the entryway, kitchen, family room, primary bedroom and primary bath for the price quoted over the phone by the Stanley Steamer representative. The technician began to talk about the grout and I told him our grout is fine and we didn't need any type of grout staining. I showed the technician the rooms we wanted cleaned. The technician said if I wasn't willing to pay more there would be nothing he could do for me. I wasn't willing to pay more so the technician departed our home without an apology or any regards to the inconvenience the company caused us. My wife and I moved furniture to make it convenient for the technician to do the cleaning. Now, we are left with no cleaning of the tile. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of professionalism from a company.”

“Can't believe this is the first time we've used Stanley Steemer! Great first experience. Scheduling was easy and easy to modify. Pricing was very transparent, which we really appreciated. And Jeremiah was great! He was professional and kind, and he explained what he was going to do each step, and then he executed and left our home smelling great! “Brendon & Gabriel arrived promptly for their appointment to clean our duct and A/ C system that I scheduled the day before with Brad. I believe that they did a good job but the reason I gave only 4-Stars was because the adhesive on the tape (provided to them by Stanley Steemer) used to close off the registers was so powerful that when they removed it, it stripped some of the paint right off of several of my registers! (see photos) Now I will need to get someone to paint them. I'm pretty sure they make tape that won't peel off paint when it's removed, especially since the negative pressure (vacuum) placed on the ducts while they were being cleaned would have held it in place without needing such a strong adhesive. It was an expensive service ($750+), and I'm hoping it really will help with my allergies as time goes by. It's only the second day, so we'll see. Thanks.”
