“I was involved in an accident today where I was rear-ended by someone. The person who hit my vehicle was screaming at me immediately and also attempted to run over me with his van when he tried to evade the accident. Alex, who works for this company, witnessed the accident and immediately pulled over and confronted the man, forced him to stay and give me his information. I had my young daughter in the vehicle with me and without my husband there to help, I was in a vulnerable position with a belligerent male screaming at me for the damage he caused. In the kind of world we live in today, I am thankful to Alex for stopping and coordinating and making sure the situation didn’t get any worse. He communicated with the man and made sure my daughter and I were okay and stayed nearby until we left the location of the accident. He gave me his business card before departing and I just wanted to reach out because in that moment he went above and beyond and was quick, proficient and professional when he didn’t have to be and he is exactly the type of specialist this company wants on their team.”

“Just showed up to Trane in ( Carrolton ) five minutes before they close , Ester first one to greet and the first one to offer her help when above and beyond to help me at a time when most people would run took the time to go in the back and find me what I needed for an emergency call to make sure that I had air for an elderly couple. I don’t normally leave reviews but in her case she deserves one as well as a raise for her technical expertise and customer service skills. The store itself is clean and well organized and the five stars are for the folks that work there. But Trane itself needs to make some adjustments to accommodate customers. At this point in time we prefer some of their competitors over them because of the over corporitized policies....Fat cats at the "top" need to take a clue....”
