A week prior to the installation, a technician from Hinds had repaired the old system, but the system failed (no reflection on the work from Hinds, it was just worn out). When we received an estimate from the folks at Hinds on a new unit, they extended a discount because of the previous work (a much appreciated gesture). “Booked next available appt online for a few days out. Hinds called and said they had an opening for the next day - Hallelujah! Alex arrived promptly to diagnose the problem with our AC. He replaced a blown fuse and repaired the receptacle. The AC started working like a champ! 4 days later, the AC was turning on and off, and wasn't maintaining the temp set on the thermostat. Called Hinds and they sent someone out within the couple of hours. Nick determined that the drainage line had become clogged. He flushed it out, and said he wouldn't charge us for the visit.
