“I called on a day when the temperature was above 90%. I was told that Manny a technician would be out the same day between 6 pm and 8 pm. He was actually at my home (with notification) at 5 pm (5 hours after my call). Manny quickly assessed the situation and after 45 minutes my AC unit was up and running.
