Bonetti Frank Plumbing Inc

Bonetti Frank Plumbing Inc operates out of Castro Valley, Texas as a hands-on outfit that handles HVAC work along with boiler, hot water heating, steam fitting, pipeline, plumbing, and sanitation system jobs. The crew sticks to practical service in a region where summer heat pushes systems hard and winter swings can hit heating equipment. They show up for both new installs and fixes on residential and light commercial setups without layers of office talk getting in the way. Their background centers on delivering these trades directly to local homeowners who need reliable mechanical work rather than flashy promises.

In practice the company runs HVAC service calls that cover air conditioning repairs, furnace maintenance, boiler tune-ups, and hot water system fixes when lines or controls fail. Castro Valley summers often bring long stretches above ninety degrees so units work overtime and compressors or coils need attention before they quit. Homeowners face clogged drains in cooling setups, worn thermostats, and duct leaks that drive up bills. The team handles pipeline connections and sanitation work when those tie into heating or cooling jobs, showing up with the right parts and finishing the task in one visit where possible. They keep jobs moving by diagnosing on site and explaining options in plain terms instead of technical jargon.

Customers return because the work holds up under real use and the crew stays reachable during projects. Speed on emergency calls, clean finishes on installs, fair pricing without surprise add-ons, and clear updates on timelines all add up to steady results across thousands of jobs. That track record produces the kind of repeat business and referrals that separate solid outfits from the rest in the local trades. DIRT Score 4.87 from 2468 reviews on Finds.

“I recently experienced a significant drop in water pressure in my home—our showers and faucets were barely producing any water. When I called, I had a very pleasant experience with the scheduler, and they were able to send someone out the very next day, which I really appreciated. Alan Torres was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and resolved the issue smoothly, clean and efficiently. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and family, and they will be my first call for any future needs.”

“As things tend to happen, our AC unit stopped working during the hottest time of the year thus far. Milton's was quick to get someone out to check on things and to cool things off for us. Dennis, our Tech was impressive! He was very thorough in his inspections and thorough in the explanations of what he found and what needed to be done. He even took the extra step to check on the status of warranties for us, something that we weren't sure could be done since the units were purchase by the previous owners of our home. We appreciate the consistency of the great service we received from Milton's over the last few years! We would highly recommend you give them a call. Should you find yourself in need.”

“Just to connect on PVC pipe underneath the bathroom water tank which was coming from the back wall, which already made the opening for them to access, they quoted me $395 quote but still very very high. I told them to use the old cut off valve and the hose connected to it but they want to replace it. I paid $48.50 service fee to them and said thank you. On Friday April 3rd, the owner of company personally called and asked about the issue and he was kind enough to assess the situation and refunded the trip charges, fair enough deal for us. Customer service was excellent by him.”

“We had a great experience with Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. Jesus was the technician dispatched to our home, and he exceeded expectations from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who combines skill with great customer service so well. Jesus has definitely earned our trust—he’s now our go-to technician, and we’ll be requesting him for all future service. Highly recommend!”
