Castroville Plumbing & Heating

Castroville Plumbing & Heating runs its operation straight out of Castroville, Texas, with a clear focus on HVAC work for houses across the region. This part of Texas brings long stretches of heavy summer heat that push air conditioning units hard every day, while occasional winter drops require heating components to hold up without fail. Homeowners deal with the constant strain of dust, high humidity, and temperature swings that wear down coils, fans, and thermostats faster than in milder climates. The company handles those local demands by showing up to keep systems operating through the toughest months without adding extra layers to the process.

They handle installation of new HVAC setups, repairs on failed compressors or leaking lines, and scheduled maintenance visits that clean filters and check electrical connections before problems grow. In Castroville homes, common calls come when units stop cooling during afternoon peaks or when heating elements need attention ahead of colder nights. Crews work on rooftops and in attics to replace worn parts, flush lines, and adjust airflow so the equipment runs steady. They diagnose issues on the spot using basic tools and stock common fittings that match the setups found in Texas builds, getting systems back online without dragging out the timeline.

Homeowners value how the crews show up on time, explain the fixes in plain terms, and deliver results that last through the next heat wave or cold front. Speed on urgent calls, solid workmanship on repairs, and straightforward pricing without surprise add-ons build the repeat business that drives the rating. DIRT Score 4.41 from 270 reviews on Finds.

“When the home warranty-assigned plumber couldn't locate the problem to fix it, we contacted Castroville Plumbing. Jesus was able to come the very next morning. He quickly located the pipe blockage and was able to clear it. Excellent work!”

“Castroville Plumbing came out to assess a leaking pipe in my first floor ceiling, and then told me they would submit the required report to the home warranty for approval. It has now been over a month and they have not submitted a complete report. Needless to say my plumbing problem STILL hasn’t been fixed. They are extremely hard to reach by phone. I’ve been told that they are “in a meeting” and I’ve left multiple messages with their contracted call center, and not once have I received a call back. When I was able to talk to Paul, he passed the blame on to Kevin, who allegedly handles this company’s home warranty requests. Last time I spoke to Kevin was over a week ago, and I’ve left multiple messages since. Kevin gave me a list of excuses as to why he has failed to complete the required report, but frankly, excuses will not fix my water leak.”

“Lewis did excellent work in timely manner and gave instruction on how to operate and set up system.”

“Another great experience with Castroville Plumbing and Heating. It’s always reassuring to see the same level of professionalism, skill, and care on a return visit as the first time. What I appreciate most is their consistency and reliability—it’s rare to find a tradesperson you can trust time and time again. Their work is always top-quality, and they treat your home with the same care and respect as if it were their own. Highly recommend!”

“Kevin, did a great job with replacing my kitchen sink faucet. He clearly explained my options and the costs associated with each and then scheduled me quickly to replace it. Very professional and felt like the services were at a fair price. Highly recommend!”
