Cave Creek Cooling Company LLC

Cave Creek Cooling Company LLC is the HVAC outfit based in Cave Creek, TX. They handle heating and cooling needs along with air quality work for local homeowners. The company takes on furnace repairs and air conditioner fixes as part of their daily work. In this part of Texas the summers hit hard with high temperatures that force cooling systems to run nonstop. That kind of strain means units need solid attention to avoid breakdowns when the heat peaks. Their approach centers on keeping equipment efficient through routine checks that prevent bigger problems down the line. Homeowners around here count on them for steady service when the weather turns extreme.

They come out for emergency repairs when a system quits on the hottest days and technicians check ducts, clean coils, and replace parts that wear out from constant use. Homeowners often call when the air stops flowing cold or the heat fails during cold snaps. The work includes full replacements when an old unit cannot be saved and new installations that match the home size and layout. Maintenance visits catch small leaks or dirty filters before they turn into costly failures during peak season. Regular service keeps the equipment running longer without surprise shutdowns that leave families uncomfortable.

Customers keep coming back because the jobs get done right the first time without dragging on. The pricing stays fair for the work performed and the crew shows up when promised. Communication stays clear so folks know what to expect before any work starts. That kind of track record builds trust in a place where HVAC problems hit often due to the weather. “The service from this company was exceptional. I was able to reach the owner (Michael De Gennaro) on a Sunday night by email. I explained our situation (2nd A/C in a week not cooling, 111° degrees) and he was able to schedule a technician to come out the next morning (Michael himself). This is exceptional service indeed. He arrived on time, immediately identified the problem and came up with a solution. He was prompt, efficient, customer friendly and their fees were extremely reasonable (previous I purchased their Cooper Maintenance Plan). I highly recommend this company. I've lived in the Phoenix area for 34 years and have never seen such professional service. Again, I recommend this company to everyone..”

“Mike at Cave Creek Cooling was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. In a world where customer service feels almost extinct, Mike completely exceeded expectations. His communication was outstanding, his follow-up was immediate and professional, and the quality of his workmanship was second to none. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. Everything was done meticulously, cleanly, and correctly the first time. No shortcuts. No disappearing after the job. Just honest, high-level craftsmanship and true professionalism. You can tell immediately when someone genuinely cares about their customers and their reputation — and Mike absolutely does. Reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly thorough. If you need HVAC work done and want it handled the right way by”

“I called Michael at Cave Creek Cooling because of his very positive NextDoor app recommendations and I'm glad I did. Mike is courteous, professional, explained the reason for the recommended condenser replacement on one of our four units and refrigerant adds to bring our units to top operation. He did not suggest we replace any of our 16-year old units as they are still going strong with the service and new part. We thought we might have a ducting issue, but after a thorough assessment, Mike determined that was not the case but a much simpler and cost-effective resolution. My wife and I are very happy with Mike's work and honesty. 5 Stars.”

“This is our third time using Cave Creek Cooling. Mike dispatched the tech (Dave B) and he was on-site quickly. The assessment was honest, service was great. Highly Recommended.”

“105 degrees outside and my AC compressor motor stops working. I’ve been a long staying customer of Cave Creek Cooling Company. The owner picked up the phone and sent over a top notch HVAC professional. Less than 90 minutes later fix and ready to go. Awesome company with quick and professional service.”

“Awesome interaction and education! It took them 1/2 an hour to figure out what others hadn’t figured out in 2. And the cost? What a relief!”

“Michael & his team were on time, honest, & professional. We were told by another company that we needed to replace our unit. He assured us that our 11 year old unit was working great and it had plenty of life left. He gave us some tips as well for the summer. Thank you !”

“I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic service we received today from Mike DeGennaro of Cave Creek Cooling. When I let him know that our AC was not working, no air blowing, he was able to stop by within 30 minutes on a Sunday!! Outstanding service and a no charge fix! Definitely recommend them and will continue to be a customer. Thank you, Mike!!”
