About
Absolute Heat & Air is a HVAC outfit based in Cave Springs, Texas. They focus on keeping homes comfortable through the area's tough weather patterns. With more than ten years handling heating and air conditioning jobs across nearby Gainesville and northwest Arkansas spots, they've built up experience dealing with the local demands. The team takes on everything from routine maintenance to full system replacements, always aiming for reliable results that last. Folks in Cave Springs appreciate having a local crew that knows the ins and outs of Texas HVAC needs without making things complicated.
In Cave Springs, the summers get brutal with high heat that can knock out air conditioners fast, so Absolute Heat & Air spends a lot of time on repairs and tune-ups to keep units running through the peak months. Winters bring their own challenges with heating systems that need checking after sitting idle. Common calls involve fixing refrigerant leaks, replacing worn compressors, cleaning coils clogged from dust and pollen in the Texas air, and installing new equipment when old systems fail. They work on both residential and light commercial jobs, handling ductwork issues and thermostat problems that homeowners run into regularly. This kind of work keeps places livable when the outside temps swing wildly.
Customers keep coming back because the work gets done right the first time, with clear explanations on what needs fixing and no surprise costs. Speed matters a lot when an AC quits in July heat, and this crew shows up prepared to handle it without delays. Quality shows in how systems hold up after service, and prices stay reasonable compared to bigger outfits. Communication stays direct, so homeowners know exactly what's happening with their HVAC setup. That steady performance across hundreds of jobs adds up to a strong reputation in the area. What Customers Say
“The techs were AWESOME!! A minor issue with scheduling but manager listened to my concerns and made things right. Code, has been here before and is a great kid and wonderful to deal with. Simon, I met for the first time and he is one tall guy! Very respectful and they were both careful about not allowing any of the cleaning out the ducts gather on any furniture or floor. ABSOLUTE is a great company to deal with! Highly recommend!”
“System went down on a Saturday afternoon. After calling a couple places and being told it was Saturday and it would require an “after hours” charge and being told that it might not get fixed, I reached out to Absolute and talked with Lance. In a very short time I received confirmation that someone would be arriving within the hour. Simon, the technician did a great job tracing down the problem and getting it fixed. They could have easily jacked up the price or upsold us because it was a unique problem but Simon was honest and said it was a minor wiring issue that was a simple fix. He quickly made the repair and then made sure everything was working. A+ rating in my book and will be my first call in the future.”
“Absolute Heating and Air always comes through for us. Great communication, scheduling, and maintenance reminders. Nick was fantastic when completing our preventative maintenance, providing a thorough explanation what will be done and what was found at the conclusion, along with recommendations. Great company and great crew! Recommend anyone needing work or preventative maintenance to give them a call.”
“Summer heat always exposes when your AC is struggling. Our unit stopped blowing cold last night. I made a call to Absolute Heating and Air at 7:30am, booked an appointment through the automated attendant and at 2:30pm, the unit is fixed and cooling. My technician, Nick Southworth, was on time and asked questions to understand what was happening. He quickly assessed the unit, confirmed the problem and got it fixed. I greatly appreciate the urgency and high level of professionalism.”
“I’ve now purchased 2 new HVAC units from Absolute Heat and Air! They are very responsive, their pricing is good, and they will go the extra mile to take care of you. Their manager Chad is fantastic. “Blake was excellent. He was kind to my animals and was patient. He got my system working in mater of no time... I would recommend this company and will be using the next time we need a regular service. Absolutely above and beyond. They keep my system running and didn't rob my wallet.”
“We called during the recent storm and they were to our place within the hour. We had no heat. Chris was the the technician. He had the heater up and running within a couple hours. Professional, prompt, courteous and left his area clean. This is the second time we have used this company and they are always 5 ⭐️”
