ABSOLUTE HVAC, LLC

Absolute HVAC, LLC works out of Cave Springs, Texas, and sticks to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning jobs across the area. The outfit has spent more than ten years delivering these services to homes and businesses around Gainesville, Texas, and into parts of Northwest Arkansas. They carry the required state licenses for Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, which lets them handle full installations, repairs, and routine maintenance without cutting corners. Local weather swings hit hard here, so the team stays ready for whatever breaks down in the peak months.

In Cave Springs, Texas, summers push air conditioners to their limits while winters can bring sudden cold snaps that test heating units. Absolute HVAC handles everything from replacing worn compressors and fixing refrigerant leaks to installing new systems and cleaning ductwork that gets clogged with dust and debris. Homeowners often call when units stop blowing cold air during heat waves or when older furnaces fail to keep up. The company offers financing options for bigger jobs and lets customers book service through an online portal or by phone to their Texas or Arkansas offices. Techs focus on getting the equipment running right the first time rather than pushing unnecessary add-ons.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions and the pricing stays reasonable without surprises on the bill. Reviews highlight quick response times when systems go down, clear explanations of what needs fixing, and solid results that last through the seasons. The crew communicates directly about timelines and costs so homeowners know what to expect. DIRT Score 4.68 from 384 reviews on Finds.

“The techs were AWESOME!! A minor issue with scheduling but manager listened to my concerns and made things right. Code, has been here before and is a great kid and wonderful to deal with. Simon, I met for the first time and he is one tall guy! Very respectful and they were both careful about not allowing any of the cleaning out the ducts gather on any furniture or floor. ABSOLUTE is a great company to deal with! Highly recommend!”

“System went down on a Saturday afternoon. After calling a couple places and being told it was Saturday and it would require an “after hours” charge and being told that it might not get fixed, I reached out to Absolute and talked with Lance. In a very short time I received confirmation that someone would be arriving within the hour. Simon, the technician did a great job tracing down the problem and getting it fixed. They could have easily jacked up the price or upsold us because it was a unique problem but Simon was honest and said it was a minor wiring issue that was a simple fix. He quickly made the repair and then made sure everything was working. A+ rating in my book and will be my first call in the future.”

Nick was fantastic when completing our preventative maintenance, providing a thorough explanation what will be done and what was found at the conclusion, along with recommendations. Great company and great crew! Recommend anyone needing work or preventative maintenance to give them a call.”

“Summer heat always exposes when your AC is struggling. Our unit stopped blowing cold last night. I made a call to Absolute Heating and Air at 7:30am, booked an appointment through the automated attendant and at 2:30pm, the unit is fixed and cooling. My technician, Nick Southworth, was on time and asked questions to understand what was happening. He quickly assessed the unit, confirmed the problem and got it fixed. I greatly appreciate the urgency and high level of professionalism.”
