Bear Construction and Home Services

Bear Construction and Home Services runs out of Cave Springs, Texas, and keeps the focus on HVAC work for homes across the region. The company handles construction projects and restoration jobs throughout the NWA area, which gives them a practical edge when HVAC systems tie into bigger repairs from storms or water issues. Homeowners in Cave Springs deal with long hot summers that push air conditioners hard, along with winter cold fronts that test furnaces, and this crew steps in to keep those units running without constant breakdowns. Their background in full home services means they tackle HVAC alongside related trades when a job calls for it.

Technicians at Bear Construction and Home Services install new heating and cooling equipment, repair broken compressors or fans, and perform seasonal tune-ups to prevent failures during peak weather. They work on duct cleaning and airflow fixes that improve efficiency in older Cave Springs houses, and they coordinate with insurance adjusters when storm damage affects HVAC lines or units. Crews show up with the right tools to diagnose issues on the spot, replace worn parts, and test systems before they leave, which cuts down on repeat visits. In this part of Texas, common calls involve restoring cool air after power surges or fixing leaks in lines that run through attics exposed to extreme heat.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use and gets finished without dragging out for days. Reviews highlight solid quality on repairs that last, fair pricing that stays close to estimates, and clear updates from the crew during the job. Speed shows up in quick responses to no-cooling calls during summer peaks, while communication keeps homeowners informed on options instead of surprises. DIRT Score 4.59 from 64 reviews on Finds.

“We had a wonderful experience with Bear Construction and Home Services. Our HVAC went out and the next day Bear arrived to our home and installed a new HVAC unit. Clayton, Felix, and Juan were very kind, professional and did a great job! Would highly recommend!”

“Had my first insurance claim for a major plumbing leak and Bear was the only one to answer the phone over the weekend. They had guys handle my entire insurance claim with the adjuster communication all the way thru where I was hands off. And one of their plumbers Tim was very informative and definitely knew what he was doing. Highly recommended company!”

“I recieved great service! They got to me the day after I called and the technician was prompt and courteous. The pricing is very reasonable, even when the tech had to go get parts due to the prior install on my ceiling fan was done wrong and he mad it correct! Thanks so much! If you have service contracts for heating and air, I'd sign up! Thanks S.smith”

“Had a leaky pipe. I was concerned it was my water heater. They were out very quickly to assess the situation. Determined my water heater was OK and just repaired a pipe. Very reasonably priced. Very kind and excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“The Bear team was professional, prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did great work for a reasonable price. We could not be happier! I would highly recommend them!!!”

“Couldn’t be happier with their service. Same day service, priced in the range that I expected. Both service men were very respectful and explained what they found. Parts were on the truck. I would absolutely recommend.”

“These guys know plumbing. After spending 330.00 with Mr Rooter and being left with a STILL Clogged drain, I sent them away. Bear had it cleared for less than half. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 💯”

“The service was fast and responsive - they gave clear expectations. Clayton, who did the call on a Sunday evening, showed excellent customer service.”

“Wish I was leaving a good review about the work I needed done but instead I’m leaving a bad review because I was never followed up with. We were told it would take less than week to get us our initial quote but 32 days later we never heard back. Decided to send a message because you never know but the message was read within 3 minutes and zero response. Not sure why we were not followed up with but we will take our business elsewhere.”

“Bear was so helpful and easy to work with, they have amazing customer service and will quickly and properly provide amazing services and they will help you with anything all along the way, working with your own schedule and life. I appreciate them so much.”
