“I called Accu-Temp shortly after 9 am today, Saturday. I left a message and they called back within 20-30 min and sent a tech out later in the morning. My upper unit had stopped cooling. The technician, JR, was exceptional. He walked me through the process, explained what he was going to do and why. There was no upsell, just excellent service. Accu Temp will be my AC provider going forward. I highly recommend anyone to call them first if you have an AC needs. 5 was the highest rating but they went above and beyond in customer service!!!”

“I am writing this review due to the lack of follow-up, accountability, and resolution following service with Accutemp. I worked with them for over four years. During that time, I was told annually that my system had a coil leak and needed refrigerant added each year. In April 2026, Accutemp came out for maintenance and a refrigerant recharge. They said everything looked good. Two hours after that visit, the system stopped working. They returned and recommended replacing both the TXV and the evaporator coil, at an estimated cost of $7,000, with a parts lead time of 10 days. I requested the diagnostic measurements behind that recommendation. In their own words: "the technicians did not record the readings." Over four years, no measurements were ever taken to clearly isolate or confirm any coil issue. The coil leak was assumed, never verified. I obtained a second opinion. That technician performed a nitrogen pressure test and found no leak. The system was restored by replacing the TXV only, within 24 hours, for approximately $1,800. The refrigerant Accutemp had just added had to be fully recovered and replaced as part of that repair. I reached out multiple times to discuss the situation. They only responded substantively after I mentioned a Google review. They later offered a return visit, despite the system already having been repaired by another technician, which had been clearly communicated in previous emails. As a small business owner in the health and wellness space, I need my HVAC consultants to have my back and offer accurate, data-supported diagnosis. That was not my experience here. Draw your own conclusions.”
