They said that they were going to be there at 8:00am, and they were. They said that they were going to e-mail me a copy of the warranty, and they did. They were on-time, courteous, and did it all at a competitive price. That kind of dedication and follow-through goes a long way with customer service. I highly recommend Blue Air! I wrote the above paragraph 8 years ago, and I just wanted to amend it. I recently used BlueAir to install a full HVAC system in my new house two years ago. “Stay far away from this company. The tech named Daniel W. is nothing more than high priced used car salesman. He had no idea about the laws regarding R-22 and attempted to scare me into getting a new system because he said he can't find R-22 and if they could it would cost a couple thousand dollars. How can anybody trust these people when the homeowner knows more about their business than the tech? The current company fixing my system had 2 bottles of R-22 on his truck and a pallet back at the warehouse. This company I'm going with is charging me $500. Compared to Daniel' quote range of thousands up to $14,000 for a new system this is a no brainer.”

Although it turned out that our A/C unit just needed some more refrigerant, the service technician was very thorough and gave our system a complete check over. He was very polite and helpful and answered a lot of questions I had about how our A/C actually works. Once he'd added the refrigerant, he stayed to make sure the house was cooling down before he left. I was very satisfied with the service!”
