“We needed new ductwork, AC and insulation and I looked into Austin Energy rebate programs. I contacted several contractors on the AE approved vendor list to bid and spent quite a bit of time researching HVAC to educate myself on current systems and how the industry works. One big contractor never submitted a bid after initial site visit, one sent a you man out that probably just got out of sales training When I met with LaCounte from IA we sat down and had a good conversation about options and he did a thorough inspection and followed up with a bid, everyone was in the same ballpark price wise but one company was going to install a low end Goodman which put them out. One was like a month out for availability and we had mold in old ductwork I wanted gone ASAP. In short IA got the job, showed up on time, was on top of communications through the process, came back out to make some minor adjustments and handled everything with Austin Energy. Would recommend”
