“This is who you call when you want the best possible quality and service. He had been recommended to me from a client when we were in dire need of assistance because our thermostat went out at the beginning of the first super cold night of the season. He came out on the weekend without skipping a beat. He got us going immediately and was truly kind and fair. Because of that , we trusted him with the big purchase of a new heater. We had been told by the inspector the flame was the wrong color and it was dangerous. Same information from James when he was evaluating our heater problem. We requested a quote and he got us taken care of in about 3 days. The cost was super reasonable and the work was excellent. You can't overestimate being confident in the people you choose with such an important purchase decision.
