“Colby and Roy came out today to install a tankless water heater. They were both amazing, it took most of the day they were working really hard to keep quiet so my wife could continue working from home. Colby was particularly great, he came out late last week to give me quotes and to explain the process of installation, he helped me find the water heater, but never pressured me into getting more than we needed. He Warned me that their prices were a little higher than others but that they make it up by being really great at what they do. Oddly enough his prices were actually one of the most reasonable when I got quotes from several sources. One thing that I did not like about the company is that they charge for a water heater replacement quote. None of the other companies do this, and although Colby told me that they would use it like a deposit for installation, I think that policy is going to turn a lot of people off. Fortunately, I wasn’t told about that ahead of time and they waived it for me because I wouldn’t have asked them for a quote otherwise and would have gone with someone else. I will update if there are any problems, but it sounds like this is supposed to last for 15 to 20 years with the right maintenance. Great job colby and Roy!”
