“We had ongoing airflow and temperature imbalance issues in our home and contacted this HVAC company multiple times in an attempt to get the problem resolved. Despite several visits and adjustments, the issue continued and never seemed to be fully addressed. After continuing to experience the same problems, we hired additional HVAC companies for second and third opinions. During those inspections, we were informed of missing dampers, leaking collars, airflow balancing concerns, compressed ductwork, and what was described to us as poor workmanship within parts of the system. We were also concerned to learn there was visible condensation/sweating within portions of the HVAC system along with rust developing in areas of the ductwork and components, which added to our concerns about the overall quality of the installation. At this point, we are now paying another company out of pocket to make repairs and properly rebalance the HVAC system ourselves.”
