Just a no-bull assessment. I listened to pros and cons of two brands I was considering. I considered single stage vs. multi stage and opted for a more efficient SEER2 17.2 Goodman. My AI research said Goodman was great value for a very good product and Riley agreed. He was a great listener and addressed all my questions and concerns. Then the install: it went very smoothly. Jesus and Ashton were very careful and explained what they were doing before, during and after install was complete. The new Ecobee thermostat was a great upgrade over my past thermostat. “I've used this family owned business in the past for AC service. Sadly, they've merged with Penguin Air, and have lost their customer focus. I talked to 3 different people trying to get an appointment scheduled for same day service, they refused to provide anything more than 9 hour window. Canceled and promptly called another local family owned AC business and got 3 hour window for lower price. These national companies are not focused on customer satisfaction, only their own profit.”
