“Worst company ever. Came at 9am today, May 13th, 2026. Installed two brand new Lennox units, over 20,000 spent. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. Not only did these guys take 12+ hours to install (not complaining, although quite long for two vertical units) They were also aware of my 13 year old German Shepherd who they visibly could see was struggling. One tech even said “I feel so bad for the dog, it’s panting like crazy” to which they kept telling me the air would be on shortly. They took the entire 12+ hours to tell me the upstairs unit won’t work today because they ended up stripping brand new bolts on the BRAND NEW UNIT. So not only did I pay over $20,000 - I don’t have a working upstairs unit, they damaged the A/C bays, drywall and doors as well. After all, they left with”

“I had Climate Pro come out to troubleshoot a gas furnace that was not heating during an unusually cold winter week last winter and during that initial visit I was impressed by the level of service and communication. I signed up for their Gold Club Membership looking at the long term savings. I decided to cancel that membership after it took multiple attempts to fix my furnace across nearly a week time frame where I had to inquire about time frames and seek updates because Climate Pro began to delay communication while I had no heat in half of my home. I received email confirmation in January that my membership had been cancelled from Katie Barone in Accounts Receivable but magically my credit card was charged in March.
