Farrell Mechanical LLC

Farrell Mechanical LLC runs as a family-owned HVAC company based in Chandler, Arizona, and they cover the full Phoenix Metro Area with their heating and cooling work. The outfit handles the kind of desert heat that pushes systems to the limit for months on end, so local homeowners and businesses rely on them to keep air moving and temperatures steady. Their setup lets them respond to both routine calls and sudden breakdowns that come with the dry climate and long summers. People in the area know they show up ready to deal with the specific demands of Arizona homes and commercial spots without extra layers of hassle.

They provide AC repair, new system installation, tune-ups, ongoing maintenance, and emergency service when units quit during peak heat. In this part of the state, techs often deal with clogged coils from dust, low refrigerant from leaks that develop in older setups, and full replacements when aging equipment cannot keep up with daily 110-degree days. Maintenance visits focus on cleaning filters and checking airflow to stop small issues from turning into big failures right when families need cooling most. Emergency runs get units back online fast so houses do not turn into ovens overnight, and they handle both residential split systems and commercial setups that require steady performance through the year.

Customers in Chandler keep coming back because the crew moves quick on calls, does solid work that holds up in tough conditions, charges fair rates compared to bigger outfits, and explains problems in plain terms before any work starts. This approach builds steady trust in a trade where delays or poor fixes can leave people sweating through the worst months. DIRT Score 4.95 from 299 reviews on Finds.

“HVAC unit went out today and its 110! 😠 Farrel dispatched Kevin and was here in no time. Found a leak at the very bottom of a 4' unit. Using special acrobatic skills he was able to access the leak, repaired and recharged everything. Life is good!”

“Amanda and her crew responded to my emergency situation same day. They helped me evaluate my options and make an educated decision within 24 hours, ultimately the fairest price and highest performing unit of all the options. The team held up their promises, were punctual, careful to respect my family, pets, and home. I'm really excited to have found a great company to work with.”

“I called another company and they quoted me $13,000 and said I needed a new unit. My American standard is only 12 years old, Elijah came out (an incredible human being) and replaced a bad relay, one leaking valve and got me back up and running for WAY less. The staff is so responsive and kind. Not pushing sales, genuinely fixed my unit and is keeping me nice and cool! I will be telling all my neighbors about you guys!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH! **UPDATE ** it gets even better :) Elijah came out to complete my repair and found out that the valve was actually good! They fixed my pressure balance and the valve was working again! That discovery saved me $870 more! I will never call anyone else! This will be my only call! My gratitude cannot be expressed over text 🙏 thank you so much!!!”

“Farrell Mechanical is the way to go! Kevin visited our unit and was incredibly knowledgeable and educated us on potential solutions to our HVAC issues. We’ve had less-than-stellar experiences with other companies, and it’s always nerve wracking to switch providers, but we’re glad we made the decision to go with Farrell Mechanical. Thank you so much!”
