Ground Zero Plumbing & AC LLC

Ground Zero Plumbing & AC LLC operates out of Chandler, TX as a straight up HVAC outfit that handles cooling and heating work for local homes. They stay licensed and insured while offering financing options and round the clock service when systems go down. The crew focuses on air conditioning jobs and keeps things running through the kind of Texas heat that hits hard every summer. Homeowners around here count on them for basic maintenance and bigger fixes without any runaround or extra layers of management getting in the way.

They handle AC repair and maintenance calls, put in new units from scratch, swap out filters on a regular basis, service air handlers, and set up ductless mini split systems when whole house ducts do not fit the bill. In Chandler the long stretches of high temperatures mean compressors fail often and airflow problems show up in older homes, so the team shows up with the tools to clear drains, recharge lines, and get cool air moving again before the house turns into an oven. They also deal with the dust and pollen that builds up fast in this area and forces more frequent cleanings than folks see in milder climates.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real use, response times stay quick even on weekends, and the prices land fair without surprise add ons after the job starts. The crew communicates clearly about what needs fixing and sticks to the plan instead of pushing upgrades no one asked for. That record of solid performance on HVAC jobs adds up to a DIRT Score 4.87 from 2079 reviews on Finds.

“Ac went out while home with my young kids and the home got really hot fast. The Hvac technician Bryan showed up to my apartment and had my AC running again in a short amount of time. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.”

“Had a slab leak and called Mike and within hours he was getting me a quote! Had Mike Broch out with Henry and a new guy digging and doing their thing and all of them went above and beyond the scope of work and did an amazing job! Thanks guys we will be calling you again!”

“Huge shoutout to Ground Zero Plumbing for doing an outstanding job installing our new gas line and soft water system. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Mike and Codee were absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to explain everything, made sure the work was done right, and left everything spotless when they were finished. It’s hard to find service this reliable these days, and they truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Ground Zero Plumbing if you want quality work and great people you can trust!”

“Bryan did a great job getting my AC back up and running. He was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He quickly figured out the problem and had the unit blowing cold again in no time. Everything was handled smoothly, and he made sure the system was working properly before he left. I’d definitely recommend Bryan for reliable and quality service.”

“AC guy Bryan came out this morning after I had been dealing with AC issues for about a week, including very little airflow. He was courteous, prompt, and clearly knowledgeable. He spent a couple of hours cleaning and working on the system, and the airflow improved noticeably right away. He made sure everything was running properly before he left.”

“I did hvac work for over 40 years mainly in AZ, I've seen alot of different companies, not to impressed. But Ground Zero ac just finished my install and start up, I am so impressed by Preston who is lead tech and installer on this job his professionalism, his knowledge and his attention to detail was refreshing! The company's will and want to do a perfect job and hold the tech /installer accountable by taking pictures of the work they've done to take back to the office to make sure the job is done to the company's satisfaction. With out doubt I recommend this company. I also want to again thank Preston and his installer for a job well done. If I wasn't retired I'd would have tried to hire Preston for my own company. JT.”

“Ground Zero is without a doubt, the best. I will only be using them for our home moving forward. The service was exemplary in all categories from customer service (Brie) to the technicians that came out (Chris and Codey). They listened to what I had to say. They and validated my insights as the homeowner. They identified our vent/drain/cleanout pipe odor problem within 5 minutes, made repairs, and now we have no odor problems whatsoever.”

“This is quite a good company that has very professional technician, like Shane Sanders, who is so nice and doing great job to have my test tee replaced. And the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend this company and Shane for plumbing issue.”

“Always a relief to have you guys out when needed. Patrick was professional and friendly. We get pictures of the repair to document what was fixed. Its what you should be able to rely on in 2026.”

“I had both an AC check and plumbing service check. Both gentleman arrived within the window, were professional, courteous and thorough. Each took time to review the service with me. I had to have the rods replaced in my water heater which I had anticipated, since it had been over 4 years since last replacement. I feel much better about my AC and water heater performance in the future.”
