“They do not back their product "they only sell the unit" and leave you to deal with installers that THEY make you use. Have had several problems with my brand new unit and it's not even a year old. The one year installation warranty means nothing you still have to pay the 100 service fee and labor if they deem the issue as not being a manufacturer defect (Which in my opinion was. The part was definitely not working to specs because it was failing) I do not recommend using this service because newac only "sells them" and the installation company doesn't back it because they didn't sell it to you and have to make some money. Go with a trusted company that has good reviews and it will save you the headache. You may save a few bucks but you will pay for it on the back end.”
