Joe, Nick, and Tyler were on site for two days and conducted the most painless installs I have ever experienced. Everything flowed seamlessly, including shoving furnaces and coils into the attic ten feet above. And, for the first time, the new ground mounted condensers are level. These guys work really well together and are very conscious about "mess management". Further, only one of the two attic accesses required cutting, and it was done such that the existing access cover still fits. “These guys are so honest. I had a popular, different company tell me my condenser fan was going bad and would cost $1700 to fix but I should really be replacing the whole system for 12K. I called PDQ for a second opinion and SO glad I did. Unlike many AC companies the techs are not on commission. So Chase came out and checked out my unit and said the fan didn't need replacing and if it did it would be $850. So it only cost me a service fee and saved me either $1700 or $12,000.
