“Always on time! Always does a fantastic job! We discovered Ragan’s when a roofing company was having an old swamp cooler removed off the roof so they could work. They used Ragan’s. At the same time the A/C company that originally installed the HVAC was here doing the annual service. The A/C is on the ground. After the A/C company left, John noticed that there were Pine Needles at the bottom of the A/C unit. The only pine thee around used to be in my back yard. I had it cut down 3 years ago. That is how long the pine needles were in the A/C unit. The old A/C company had serviced it during that time and never cleaned it out. Needless to say the old A/C company has not been back. The only people that touch my house is Ragan’s Heating and Cooling. They are thorough and honest!”

“Ragan’s Heating & Air--we highly recommend John Ragan. He replaced our old HVAC gas pack (AC & heating) with a new HVAC gas pack. John inspected the old unit and duct work. His inspection before he provided an estimate found problems with the flexible ductwork. John said he would be able to amend the placement of the flexible ducts (they were crimped) so that the airflow would be ‘significantly increased.’ He also recommended that we remove our evaporative cooler, even though for 4 months out of the year, we enjoy the cool humidity. John explained how vap coolers rob airflow from HVAC units and the coolers pump allergenic spores into household air. After he did the inspection, John went back to his office to produce a comprehensive report with a software product that provides data based”
