Marco was professional, excellent at communication, and while waiting for quote, he took that time to do regular maintenance that he didn’t need to that he choose to do. Other technicians wouldn’t do that. So, overall, Marco figured the issue, tried to find a resolution that was adequately priced, and in the end issue was resolved. “I recently had a technician come out to look at an issue with my Whirlpool electric range showing “cooktop on” and “cooktop hot” even when everything was off and cool. The technician was professional and courteous, but the diagnostic process felt a bit surface-level. After basic troubleshooting (cycling burners and power), the recommendation was to replace the control board, which is one of the more expensive components. After the visit, I did some additional hands-on troubleshooting myself and was able to isolate the issue to a faulty burner switch that I purchased online for 70 dollars rather than the control board that was quoted for $700 parts and labor. This suggests the initial diagnosis may have been incomplete without deeper inspection or testing. Overall, the service was prompt”

I never felt uneasy with him ....as an old lady living alone, having service people out gives me major anxiety!! I have had a restoration company come out for a major leak/flood few years ago and without my knowledge or confirmation, my insurance company paid him to replace a faucet and put fans for 3-4 days....and he got paid $7000!!!
