“Shawnessy installed a new water softener for us. This guy is amazing. His workmanship is flawless, and he has in-depth knowledge of the water filtration systems he installs. Also, it is worth noting that I am a recently retired building inspector. I held certifications in residential plumbing; residential, mechanical; residential electrical; and residential and commercial building inspections. He would’ve passed my inspection with flying colors.”

“I called them over the weekend. They didn’t come out til Monday so hot water heater ran non stop for three days as well as the water! They found the leak- then, they had to schedule a leak detection machine to come out to confirm the leak ($1300.00 I believe) then, they scheduled the repair on Thursday ! They did a good job but forgot to hook up the dishwasher or plug it in- as a result, it flooded the kitchen- didn’t return til the next day to fix that issue- they were mindful to keep their mess confined and did a decent job cleaning up however, they didn’t install a new board under my cabinet or repair Sheetrock. so on top of all the money they charged, I was left needing a new board and a patch repair!-I do wished it was fixed sooner, I’m not a professional but i believe they didn’t need the machine to confirm the leak- it was very very expensive- the plumber already figured out where the leak was. While they were here, the toilet decided to clog- he ran an auger took less than five minutes- I was charged $298.00- if I was thinking, I could’ve fixed myself for less than 50 bucks- but it’s all done now. I also told him I wanted to clean the hose that goes to the garbage disposal while It was out and I wasn’t given the opportunity to do so. I will call around and get estimates before automatically have them fix it if anything happens in the future.”
