Jessee Heating & Air Conditioning

Jessee Heating & Air Conditioning works out of Chico as a straight up local HVAC company that has been handling heating and cooling jobs for decades. They stick to the basics of residential and commercial work plus sheet metal fabrication and indoor air quality fixes. Homeowners around here know them as the crew that shows up for everything from full system installs to keeping older units running through the seasons without a lot of fuss or extra talk.

They cover standard HVAC services like putting in Carrier equipment, running preventative maintenance programs, and handling emergency calls around the clock. In practice that means showing up to swap out failing compressors before a heat wave hits, cleaning ducts on commercial sites, or setting up financing options so folks can afford a new unit without breaking the bank. The crew focuses on getting the job done right the first time with the tools and parts they carry, whether it is a quick repair on a weekend or a full commercial build out that needs sheet metal work to match the existing setup.

Chico summers push air conditioners hard while winters can freeze up older furnaces, so reliable HVAC crews earn their keep by showing up fast when things break and keeping prices reasonable on routine maintenance. Customers here tend to notice solid quality on installs that last and clear talk about what needs fixing versus what can wait. That steady approach adds up to the kind of track record that gets them noticed. DIRT Score 3.46 from 47 reviews on Finds.

“My husband called had a tech come out he said our unit was a great unit (old but told us to use it until it dies) and reported to my husband we needed the ducts replaced. The tech was amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. However, once we called for our quote the sales department stated we needed to have a whole unit replacement- excluding the ducts. On our paperwork only the ducts are marked as needing to be replaced. My husband asked if they had the right paperwork and their only response was to state that our unit is old and *should* be replaced. Seems like a money grab scheme to me. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.”

“Do better maintain unemployees driving and attitudes.. cutting people off driving erratically is unexeceptable”

“I've had several services on getting my air conditioner fixed, it finally is working perfectly, My service technician John Bishop is outstanding, I cant say enough about him personally, he went above and beyond my expectations, its so nice to find someone who actually cares about the customer. He stayed on a Friday night to finish till 10:30 pm instead of saying I will come back Monday to finish. For the company to allow that flexability with their employees is impressive. Mike the owner is wonderful I cant say enough about this company Thank you for still provided true customer service and satisfaction”

“I would personally just stay away from this company. They don’t know what they’re doing My mother-in-law just had work done from this company and they had installed unnecessary parts and charged for them This company is just a big sales pitch to you. I personally would stay away. There is a reason they don’t even pop up on the Google search when you search up for HVAC companies in the Chico area YIKES….”
