Chino Heating and Cooling Inc

Chino Heating and Cooling Inc operates out of Chino Valley, TX as a family owned HVAC outfit that has handled heating and cooling work since 1980. They focus on residential and light commercial systems in an area where summer heat pushes equipment hard and winter cold snaps demand reliable furnaces. The crew services air conditioners, heat pumps, gas packs, air handlers, gas furnaces, humidifiers, air purification units, and evaporative coolers along with other standard heating and cooling setups. They also handle ductwork design and fabrication for new homes, commercial builds, renovations, and additions, which keeps them busy with both routine repairs and full system installs across the region.

Homeowners in Chino Valley, TX call them for everything from fixing a dead compressor on a 100 degree afternoon to replacing an old gas furnace before a cold front rolls in. The team shows up with the right parts for common issues like clogged coils or failing thermostats and works on duct runs that need custom fitting in older houses or new additions. They tackle evaporative cooler maintenance during dry spells and air handler upgrades when humidity builds up inside. Jobs often involve pulling out worn gas packs, sealing leaky ducts, or installing purification systems to cut down on dust in the dry Texas air. This kind of work keeps systems running through long summers without constant breakdowns.

Customers keep coming back because the crew finishes jobs on time, charges fair rates for the work, and explains what went wrong without extra upsells. Reviews highlight quick response on no cool calls, solid quality on installs that last, and clear communication about costs before any work starts. That steady performance across hundreds of jobs adds up to a strong record. DIRT Score 4.68 from 381 reviews on Finds.

“Chino Valley Heating has proven themselves to be a company of the highest standards of ethics, integrity and professionalism. I have a shop heater that failed and turned into a bit of a nightmare to correctly diagnose… probably the kind of repair a company like Chino Valley wishes they don’t get! But they stuck with me to the end! I know that it required more visits and additional parts than they anticipated. The owner, Brady, made efforts to work with me toward a fair resolution…. he accommodated me above and beyond my expectations and I leave this experience nearly speechless by his tireless efforts and humbled by the kindness of the whole team…. Mark, and Austin and Stephanie are the ones I worked with. Fact is, if everything goes perfectly with a repair, you don’t really learn much a”

“These guys are consistently professional, timely and thorough. Since we had them replace an HVAC unit on our roof some years back when they were the most competitive price wise, we have subscribed to their bi-annual maintenance contract. They keep our unit running well, and inspect, clean and replace parts as needed. I highly recommend Chino Heating and Cooling!”

“I purchased six split units for my home back in July 2020 with a 12 year extended warranty for parts, compressor, and labor. This week I called Chino Heating & Cooling because my split units were not producing enough heat. Austin came out Monday diagnosed the problem, which was low refrigerant. He charged the unit and then came back today, bringing Aaron and Sonny with him to look for leaks. The three men were able to detect the root of the issue and fixed it. These three men were very professional and transparent through the entire process. I will always use Chino Heating & Cooling!!! Great service and great products.”

“I had new duct work, gas heating and electric ac installed. Kevin and Bennett were professional, efficient and the system is running great. The whole team was courteous and very informative. Every step of the process was seemless. Thank you for your service.”

“Austin was wonderful! Came out of short notice on a Saturday to repair our heater, went above and beyond! Showed us what the issue was and gave us maintenance tips to keep the system and our wallet happy! Pricing was very fair especially for an emergency after hours call!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chino Heating and Cooling absolutely earned this review. We had three other companies come out to look at our heater, and every single one gave us estimates over $10,000. It felt like they were more interested in selling a replacement than actually diagnosing the problem. Then Chino Heating and Cooling showed up—and everything changed. Austin, the technician, was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, you could tell he was a real technician, not a salesman. He took the time to properly diagnose the unit, explained what was actually wrong, and instead of pushing a full replacement, they were able to repair the system for a very fair price. The difference was obvious: knowledge, honesty, and integrity. If you’re tired of inflated quotes and sales pitches and want a company that actua”
