“Randy and Rhew to the Rescue! These fellas saved the day. My A/C stopped cooling my home. Randy had a break in the busy summer schedule and sent Rhew out same day. Rhew quickly identified the problem (bad thermostat), checked my air handler, replaced the thermostat and fixed up some faulty wiring along the way. I was up and running within an hour of arrival! “Called for a spring checkup on HVAC. While I was at work my wife called so the tech could tell me that my refrigerant was low and capacitor numbers were off. At no point did he suggest that the numbers could be due to a leak. 2 weeks later I have a new system after going through a different company. The AC was on a steady decline trying to get to and hold at our desired temperature. After talking to two other companies they told me that the only reason you have low refrigerant is due to a leak, something they failed to tell me. When I tried to call and speak to management I was ignored and no call was returned. I tried to give a local business some work and was given subpar service. Will not use again”

The workers installing the whole unit were so patient and thorough. They worked very hard and made sure everything was good to go. I could not have asked for anything more.
