Was the service professional that came out to help and did an awesome job, great guy to get along with, explained everything to me about the warranty and also offered service package, which is normal but he did it in a manner to be helpful and not pushy if that makes sense. Fast and very professional about his work. The lady I called (Rose) to set up the appointment was super helpful as well, actually helped me in a manner that I could tell I wasn’t just another number to her. 100% would highly recommend this company. To employ these kind of folks tells me they are doing it the right way.”

“Overall I was pleased with the knowledge of the technician that arrived to perform the bi-annual PM on both my HVAC units last week. However, when I went in the attic the next day, I noticed puncture holes in the supply and return plenum box where he was checking the temps and left without plugging the holes. A couple holes were the size of a pencil with the others a little smaller blowing cold air into my attic. I immediately got my caulking gun and plugged them myself because these leaks could end up costing me around $100 per unit in energy loss during the hot summer months.”
