“All Appliance came out to give a second opinion on our dishwasher. A different company had sent two technicians out to look at the dishwasher. One technician replaced a number of seals, and the second technician gave a completely different diagnosis from the first in terms of what was causing the leak. The second technician's diagnosis did not pass the common sense test and was completely different than the first. Luckily, we were able to get a second opinion from All Appliance. Their technician was able to find the fault and actually verified the source of the fault through testing the machine. We were able to resolve the issue properly through the warranty company thanks to All Appliance's due diligence and competence. The service was timely and professional.”
