About

Jefferson Hampton A/C & Heating runs out of Navasota, Texas, and handles heating and cooling work for houses and small buildings across the area. Levi started the outfit after leaving another shop, and he keeps the focus on straightforward HVAC repairs and maintenance that actually get systems back online. Summers hit hard around here with nonstop heat, so folks need techs who can roll out fast when an air conditioner quits or a unit starts struggling to hold temperature. The crew sticks to the basics like getting units functional again without dragging jobs out longer than needed.

Levi takes calls for all kinds of HVAC problems, from full breakdowns to quick fixes that keep things going over a weekend. One time he showed up after dark on July 3 and worked late to patch a system enough for the holiday, then walked the homeowner through what was wrong. Another job had him at a building sitting at 75 degrees inside within an hour of the first call, sorting out the issue on the spot while laying out the price up front. He answers the phone even when booked solid, works around budgets, and shows up late at night for emergency calls without tacking on extra fees for the trouble. Customers who followed him from his old shop say he stays honest about what needs doing and what can wait.

Folks keep coming back because the work holds up, the response times beat what most expect, and the prices stay reasonable without surprises. Reviews highlight how Levi explains issues clearly, shows up when he says he will, and delivers solid repairs that last instead of quick patches. Speed and fair costs stand out every time, along with the way the crew communicates what is happening at each step. That kind of track record adds up fast when the weather turns and systems fail. What Customers Say

Pecos can sit there and build all these golf courses and bring in restaurants but I’m waiting 2 months for an appointment ? Then when I do little to no experience. Get better education for your healthcare workers and expand your clinic big ole hospital to make it look nice but useless for actually getting help.

Called at 830 am. Was told they were taking walkins with "minimal" wait. Waited an hour and a half before they even processed our check-in paperwork and was told we'd have another hour wait for an appointment. Every kid that arrived after us was seen before they even processed our check-in. We left and are heading to the clinic in Fort Stockton.

I really like the provider at this office, but the front desk staff makes the experience extremely stressful. I arrived on time for my child’s physical with the school paperwork ready, but I was told I could not proceed without bringing her shot records—even though they already have them in their system. When I asked why, I was told it takes too much time for nurses to look through the chart. I was even told I could pay $10 for another copy, even though I’ve already paid before. What makes this worse is that their own website says shot cards are required only for “vaccine-only visits”, not for physicals. Yet the front desk insists on this as if it’s policy. When I asked for a higher-up, I was told the same thing, and the staff made me feel like I was the problem. I even got scolded for saying “damn” out of frustration. The provider is wonderful, but the front desk and management need to improve communication and customer service. Parents shouldn’t be made to feel this way, especially when the clinic already has the records.

I called on behalf of my elderly parent who is having a concerning reaction to medication she was recently prescribed. The only appointment available is in 2.5 weeks.l was advised I could call back after lunch at 1:45 to speak to nurse about concerns & possibly getting a more recent appointment. When I did I was on hold for 59 minutes of annoying music then disconnected. Sadly this isn’t the first bad experience with this clinic. Last year my elderly mom was prescribed a different medicine for blood pressure. A couple weeks in she told the Doctor she felt horrible. He told her to give her body time to adjust. After hearing how bad she felt & sounded I called Dr MCEntires office with my concerns. 3 days later we did get a call back. Luckily we had already had her admitted to the hospital with dangerously low sodium. Caused from the diuretic in the blood pressure medication. Had she waited for her body to adjust she would have died !

I'm using this clinic while I'm out of town working. I have been 3 times now and everyone is very friendly and the doctors take the time to listen to you and help you. They also get you in very quickly.
