Thankfully, Lou was able to fit me into his schedule quickly and arrived exactly when he said he would. What struck me immediately was how straightforward and friendly he was. He assessed the problem in no time, explained what had gone wrong, and offered a fair, upfront estimate for the repair. There were no unnecessary upsells just honest advice and clear solutions. The work itself was completed efficiently and with great care. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and even took the time to give me tips on maintaining the system to avoid future issues. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and trustworthy in this line of work.”

“Thank God these people don't run an ambulance service. They should have an option of zero starts. They can't figure out how to schedule an appointment or how to make it on time or remotely close to on time. They do call ever hour or so to let know they are not going to make what they told you in the last phone call. And that they are on the way and moments away (moments equal about 15 minutes). Service was okay, took 5 minutes to tweak an ac unit so the fan wouldn't hit something and make noise. But he did not really take much care with putting stuff on my newly refinished floors (3 days old, nothing put back). Didn't damage them but didn't seem to care about them either.”
